Erdogan, Zelenskyy hold phone call over Palestine-Israel conflict

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Saturday. The two leaders discussed the latest Russia-Ukraine situation and the Palestine-Israel conflict, including the humanitarian crisis in the region, said the Turkish Directorate of Communications. 

Stating that “it is possible to resolve through peaceful means the regional conflicts, particularly the Israel-Palestine dispute,” Erdogan noted that “Türkiye will continue to make every effort to that end.”
