Han Zheng addresses UNGA, calling for global governance to be more just

Chinese Vice President Han Zheng on Thursday spoke at the UN General Assembly about the international security situation and China’s foreign policy positions. On the international security situation, he encouraged the international community to “follow the direction of a multipolar world” and to “make global governance more just and equitable.” On China’s foreign policy approach, he reaffirmed China’s commitment to opening itself wider to the world, and safeguarding its sovereignty and territorial integrity.
