Islamabad: French Scientific & Higher Education Attachée in Islamabad, Ms. Sabine Vermillard, has made valuable contributions towards strengthening Pakistan–France cooperation in higher education, research and student mobility, said Chairman of the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar.

Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar expressed these remarks while receiving Ms. Sabine Vermillard on a farewell call at the HEC Secretariat in Islamabad, ahead of the conclusion of her tenure in Pakistan.
