Cabinet of Ministers orders to allocate 23.9 mln som to Antimonopoly Regulation Service

AKIPRESS.COM – The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan on September 27 ordered to allocate 23,943,500 som to the Antimonopoly Regulation Service for development and material support.

The funds will be allocated from revenues received from deviations from regulatory requirements established by the antimonopoly legislation in the form of illegally obtained revenues.

The Ministry of Finance will have to coordinate the allocation of funds with the Committee on Budget, Economic and Fiscal Policy of the Parliament.

The Ministry of Finance should also make changes in preparation of the draft law “On the amendment of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the state budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2024 and the planning period 2025-2026”.

The Antimonopoly Regulation Service is responsible for the targeted use of funds.
