India’s Minister of State for External Affairs, Kirti Vardhan Singh, interacted with the representatives of Indian Business and Professionals Council (IBPC) in Doha on Wednesday. According to the India’s Ministry of External Affairs, Singh also addressed the 2nd Asia Co-operation Dialogue (ACD) Business Forum on the sidelines of the 3rd ACD Summit in Doha.
