Erbil, Oct. 21 (BNA): The general ballot boxes for the Kurdistan Regional Parliament elections were closed at six o’clock this evening, Sunday, in all voting centres.
The Independent High Electoral Commission revealed the participation rate in the Kurdistan elections until 12 noon, while indicating that it reached 31 percent, INA reported.
