Graphics: China's exports gain global momentum in H1 2026

China’s goods trade surpassed 25 trillion yuan for the first time in the first half of 2026 (H1 2026), reinforcing its position as the world’s largest trader in goods. Total imports and exports reached 25.47 trillion yuan ($3.75 trillion), including 14.73 trillion yuan ($2.17 trillion) in exports and 10.74 trillion yuan ($1.58 trillion) in imports, according to figures released by the General Administration of Customs at a press conference on Tuesday.
