Chinese Commerce Minister Wang Wentao will travel to Europe in the coming days for talks on September 19 with Valdis Dombrovskis, executive vice president of the European Commission, on the European Union’s anti-subsidy case regarding electric vehicles made in China, a spokesperson for the Chinese Commerce Ministry said on Thursday.
