Chinese President Xi Jinping’s Special Envoy and Vice Chairperson of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Wang Guangqian will attend Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ghazouani’s inauguration in Nouakchott, the capital of Mauritania, on August 1 at President Ghazouani’s invitation, according to the Chinese Foreign Ministry on Wednesday.
