Evacuations underway after another dike breach in central China's Xiangtan

Evacuations are underway in Hekou Township, Xiangtan County in central China’s Hunan Province after a dike breach, local authorities said on Monday.

The breach had expanded to over 30 meters by around 1:40 p.m. on Monday.
