Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan sign several bilateral documents

AKIPRESS.COM – Several bilateral documents were signed during the state visit of President Sadyr Japarov to Uzbekistan on July 18.

The following documents were signed:

1. The joint statement of the Presidents of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan;

2. Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan and the Government of Uzbekistan on exchange and mutual protection of secret information;

3. The protocol with amendments into the agreement between the Government of Kyrgyzstan and the Government of Uzbekistan on mutual travel of citizens of October 3, 2006;

4. The protocol between the State Architecture, Construction and Communal Services Agency of Kyrgyzstan and the Ministry of Construction and Communal Services of Uzbekistan on cooperation in construction sector;

5. The protocol of cooperation in public service and local self-government between the State Public Service and Local Self-Government Agency of Kyrgyzstan and Public Service Agency under the President of Uzbekistan;

6. The protocol of cooperation in the field of arts and culture between the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sport and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan and the Ministry of Culture of Uzbekistan;

7. The roadmap on further development of cooperation in the field of agriculture and food security between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan for 2024-2026;

8. The protocol of intent in the field of labor, employment and migration between the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration and the Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction of Uzbekistan;

9. The plan of practical measures (roadmap) for development of cooperation in physical education and sport between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan for 2024-2026;

10. The action plan on implementation of the agreement between Bishkek Mayor’s Office and Tashkent City Administration on cooperation in trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres of September 5, 2017 for 2024-2026;

11. Memorandum of understanding between the National Strategic Studies Institute under the President of Kyrgyzstan and the Strategic and Interregional Studies Institute under the President of Uzbekistan;

12. The action plan between the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan on increase of bilateral trade for 2024-2030.
