Portuguese prosecutors said Tuesday they have indicted Infrastructure Minister Joao Galamba as part of a corruption scandal that has tainted several top government officials.
Galamba had been under investigation over the allocation of concessions for lithium mining and hydrogen contracts.
The prime minister’s residence has been searched as part of the inquiry, media reports said.
