Housing min. directs accelerating implementation of development projects in Northwestern Coast
Egypt’s Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Sherif el Sharbiny Saturday directed officials of new cities in the Northwestern Coast to accelerate the implementation rate of projects there to hand over units for owners shortly in New Alamein City.
He also instructed expedition of work in the areas of Shams al Hikma and West Dabaa area, as well as projects in Marina El Alamein tourist complex.
The minister made the remarks during a meeting Saturday with officials of the Housing Ministry at the headquarters of the New Alamein City Authority to review progress achieved in various development projects in the Northwestern Coast area.
Sherbiny directed accelerating finalization of designing of the lakes south of the coastal international road, in order to start the implementation. The projects are meant to maximize benefiting from lands located south of the road.
