Mogadishu, Nov. 19 (BNA): Somaliland Election National Commission has on Tuesday announced that Waddani Party Leader, Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi (Irro) has won 63.92% votes cast in November 17, becoming the next President of Somaliland in preliminary result update.
Abdirahman will replace Muse Bihi Abdi who was the incumbent President of Somaliland in the past seven years, the Somali National News Agency (SONNA) reported.
The Somali Government commanded the peaceful election in Somaliland where over one million people voted to elect a president and deputy.
