CMG details young people's pursuit for excellence in craftsmanship

China Media Group (CMG) has launched a documentary series called “Young Artisans,” which focuses on a group of Chinese youngsters whose lives have been made more colorful by their dedication and pursuit of excellence in craftsmanship.

In its latest two episodes which aired this weekend, the documentary shined a light on the lives of two young Chinese artisans who took the gold awards during the 47th World Skills Competition in Lyon, France in September.

Long Weijie and Yang Shaohui are two Generation Z students majoring in CNC milling and automotive technology, respectively. Despite their young age, both showcased outstanding dedication to their studies and work, which helped them to overcome a series of obstacles.
