Two football facilities opened in Bishkek with participation of Sadyr Japarov and President of Asian Football Confederation

AKIPRESS.COM – Two football facilities were opened in Bishkek on October 22.

The events were attended by President Sadyr Japarov and President of the Asian Football Confederation Salman bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa.

The National Academy of the Kyrgyz Football Union was opened after major reconstruction.

The Academy occupies 3,374 hectares and includes a hotel, a sports complex, changing rooms, a cafeteria, three full-size training fields, stands and a field.

“All fields are equipped with an automatic irrigation system and modern lighting for matches in the evening. The three-story sports complex, which includes a futsal hall, can host matches of national futsal teams,” the Union noted.

The Academy will house the national football and futsal teams during training camps.

After this, the official opening of the training base for the national teams of Kyrgyzstan took place in Orok village near Bishkek.

The base is a 6-storey building with a hotel complex. It includes changing rooms for teams, a spa area, a canteen, a fitness room, office space, a hotel, tactical classes, recreation areas, and a restaurant.

The sports complex also has two mini-football fields and a main football field with stands for 420 people.
