The 44th and 45th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summits and related summits are being held from October 9 to October 11 in Vientiane, Laos. Thanousone Phonamat, vice-president of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said that regional integration in ASEAN, along with the Belt and Road Initiative, provides great opportunities for technology transfer and development of human resources.
