State National Security Committee stops attempt to sell 1.3 tons of macrotomia plant roots
AKIPRESS.COM – The State National Security Committee has stopped an attempt to sell 1.3 tons of macrotomia plant roots worth 3 million soms, the Committee reported on October 4.
The Cabinet of Ministers introduced a temporary ban on the collection and use of macrotomia, arnebia, ash, aconite, and aflatun onion for medicinal and other purposes for three years starting from May 28, 2024.
Macrotomia is used in alternative medicine for fever and rashes on the skin.
