Ministry of Natural Resources to hold Climate Week ahead of UN Climate Change Conference

AKIPRESS.COM – The Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision is holding the Climate Week in Kyrgyzstan from October 7-11.
The Climate Week is held in connection with the UN Climate Change Conference, which will be held in Baku in November.
The aim of the Climate Week is to draw attention to the efforts of Kyrgyzstan in fight against climate change, deceleration of global warming and adaptation to existing consequences.
Representatives of academia, civil society, private sector and international partners will be involved into the Climate Week events.
