Monument to police officers who died in line of duty installed in Osh city

AKIPRESS.COM – A monument to police officers who died in the line of duty was installed in Osh city, the local Department of Internal Affairs said.

The monument was erected in honor of the 100th anniversary of the Kyrgyz police and in memory of the deceased officers of the internal affairs bodies.

The names of 13 police officers who died while serving in the Osh City Department of Internal Affairs since its formation in 2003 are engraved on the monument.
