Iran CONFAIR 2024 kicks off with 800 Iranian and 50 foreign companies participating
The 24th International Exhibition of Building and Construction Industry (Iran CONFAIR 2024) opened on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds.
The event, organized by the Iran Chamber of Cooperatives in collaboration with the International Exhibitions Company, features participation from 800 Iranian companies and 50 foreign companies from countries including China, Germany, Italy, Turkey, South Korea, and Singapore.
The four-day exhibition focuses on innovative products from knowledge-based companies and covers 23 commodity groups related to the construction industry. Key products on display include construction tools, machinery, roof and wall coverings, cooling and heating systems, safety equipment, and interior decoration materials.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Bahman Abdollahi, Head of the Iran Chamber of Cooperatives, highlighted the high quality and competitive pricing of domestically produced construction materials, noting that Iran is a leading exporter in the sector. He also emphasized the importance of facilitating the export of technical and engineering services.
The exhibition will continue until September 1, 2024.
