Over 100 objects constructed without permits revealed in Bishkek

AKIPRESS.COM – More than 100 objects are constructed in Bishkek without permits, Head of State Construction Agency Nurdan Oruntaev told Tazabek.

The State Construction Agency earlier published a list of apartment bocks in Bishkek, which are constructed without permission and advised against purchase of apartments in such blocks.

There are more than 100 such objects in Bishkek, from 3-floor to high-rise buildings, residential complexes, the official said.

“Some companies started the legalization process already. This will take more than a month. We try to reveal such objects daily to prevent unauthorized construction,” the official explained.

Construction companies building objects without permission are fined, the construction process is frozen and cases are sent to courts, he said.
