Search for two mining company workers ongoing in Jalal-Abad region
AKIPRESS.COM – The police continue to search for two workers of a mining company who went missing in Jalal-Abad region.
The workers were employed at the Zhonggan Mining Company LLC, the Jalal-Abad Region Department of Internal Affairs reported.
Missing Chinese citizen Li Enbo and resident of Nookat district Rakhmatilla uulu Asadulla were riding in a Changan pickup truck. The truck was found in the Chatkal River on August 20. Li Enbo and A. Rakhmatilla uulu were not inside.
Li Enbo was driving the car. A. Rakhmatilla uulu works as a translator for the company.
The pickup truck was found in the river near Kyzyl-Bel area of Kurulush village, the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
There are dozens of placer gold deposits at the mouth of the Chandalash River, which is the largest right tributary of the Chatkal River.
