Vietnam's top leader To Lam arrives in south China's Guangzhou

General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and Vietnamese President To Lam on Sunday arrived in Guangzhou City, south China’s Guangdong Province, kicking off his state visit to China.
