Residence Developments rebrands ahead of new project launches
As part of its strategic plan to expand in the Egyptian market across several new and distinctive urban areas and direct more investments into real estate development, Residence Developments has rebranded to align with the company’s vision for the upcoming period, aiming to expand and launch a number of distinguished urban projects.
Wael El Shahed, the company’s CEO, stated that the rebranding coincides with the launch of a comprehensive and ambitious development plan, reflecting the company’s new strategy to keep pace with the significant changes and developments in the real estate market and to seize more opportunities in various key investment areas. This is to meet the needs of its clients and their desire for a variety of projects in different urban regions.
El Shahid noted that Residence Developments is considered one of the leading companies in the real estate development field, possessing extensive experience and various urban projects based on the expertise and long history of its founders, spanning more than 25 years in the Egyptian real estate market.
He elaborated that Residence Developments owns Aroma Sokhna project, which is one of the most significant projects in this crucial area. It is located at kilometer 34 on the Sokhna-Suez road, just 12 kilometers from the gates, and only 30 minutes away from the gates of New Administrative Capital.
It is situated near major touristic and service projects in the area.
The project spans an area of 85 acres, divided into four phases. The first and second phases were handed over and fully operational since 2018. The construction of the third phase has been completed 100%, and the finishing touches on both the interior and exterior are underway, with the phase set to be handed over by the end of 2024.
The company is currently gearing up to commence construction on the fourth phase in alignment with the established timeline, according to El Shahid.

El Shahid pointed out that the project units are delivered fully finished with air conditioning according to the best specifications for coastal units. Additionally, the loading ratio within the units does not exceed 18%, which is the lowest among various coastal projects.
He concluded that the project is a top-tier family resort and offers the highest return on investment for its clients.
