Pakistani young couple experiences Chinese culture
At the invitation of their friends, a “post-90” couple from Pakistan embarked on a long-awaited journey of traditional Chinese culture in Boxing County, east China’s Shandong Province, immersing themselves in local intangible cultural heritage such as Lyu opera, blue-printed cloth, and woven straw art. They sincerely expressed that China’s traditional culture is vast and profound, with a very deep foundation. In the future, the couple will work and study in other parts of China. As members of a younger generation, they hope to have the opportunity to be the messengers for cultural exchanges between China and Pakistan in the future, so that the bond between the two countries can be passed down from generation to generation.
