Beijing: Two leading aviation and air travel giants, China National Aviation Holding Company, CNAH and TravelSky Technology Limited, have signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing, capital city of China.

Belt and Road Initiative, a development project of China, has paved way for the Chinese airlines to expand their connectivity with with major capitals  across Asia, MENA and Europe.

This collaboration will cover various pivotal fronts, encompassing industry infrastructure, digital transformation and development, and autonomous and controllable research and application. This initiative aims to enhance customers’ travel experience.

China National Aviation Holding Corporation Limited (China National Aviation Holding) is a State Owned Enterprise located in Beijing China, Asia.

China National Aviation Holding Company (CNAH) is an extra-large state-owned air transport holding group, composed of former Air China as its main body merged with China National Aviation Corporation (Group) Limited and China Southwest Airlines.

Established on October 11, 2002, CNAH’s business scope covers the management of all the state owned assets and shares of CNAH and state invested parts of its invested companies, aircraft leasing, maintenance of aircraft and equipment. CNAH’s registered capital is RMB 10.028billion.

TravelSky Technology Limited is the dominant provider of information technology solutions for China’s aviation and travel industry.

Thee Company has approximately 30 domestic subsidiaries in China  and has been devoted to developing leading products and services that satisfy the needs of all the industry participants — ranging from commercial airlines, airports, air travel products and services suppliers to travel agencies, corporate clients, travelers and cargo shippers — to conduct electronic transactions and manage travelrelated information. The core business of the Company includes aviation information technology service, accounting, settlement and clearing service for aviation industry, airport information technology service, distribution information technology service, etc.
