Par’lt accepts resignation of MP for being appointed as deputy health minister
The House of Representatives led by Speaker Hanafy Gebaly accepted in its plenary session Thursday the resignation of MP Abla Ahmed Aly el Alfy who will be appointed as deputy health minister for population affairs.
Following a vote on accepting the resignation of the lawmaker, Gebaly said that the seat of the Female MP is now declared vacant.
The resigned MP was appointed by presidential decree no.4 for 2021.
Alfy thanked the president for his confidence in appointing her in the parliament and being chosen as the deputy health minister for population affairs.
