Scotland Women’s match against Israel to be played without supporters
LONDON : A women’s Euro 2025 qualifying soccer match between Scotland and Israel will be played without supporters due to the potential for planned disruptions, the Scottish Football Association said on Tuesday.
“The stadium operations team were alerted to the potential for planned disruptions to the match and as a consequence we have no option but to play the match without supporters in attendance,” it said, of the match at Hampden Park on May 31.
It added that the away fixture, due to be played in Hungary on June 4, will also be played behind closed doors.
