One dead, two rescued after North Sea ship collision
One dead body has been recovered and two people have been rescued in a search and rescue mission following two freighters colliding in the North Sea off the coast of Germany, the maritime emergency authority said on Tuesday.
Seven people were on board the ship Verity, the Central Command for Maritime Services said in a statement, adding that the search was ongoing for the remaining four missing people.
An earlier statement from the authority said the Verity is believed to have sunk.
