Azerbaijan official says main goals of Nagorno-Karabakh operation almost fulfilled

The main goals of the Nagorno-Karabakh operation have almost been fulfilled and military targets have already been neutralized, the aide to Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev said on Tuesday, several hours after the country launched what it called “anti-terrorist” operations in the region.
